Welcome to the Manly Men's Movie Reviews website!

We know you've got at least three questions about the Manly Men, so we'll cut through the crap and get straight to the answers you're looking for, after which you'd better damn well enjoy the reviews.

Who are the Manly Men, and why should I care about their movie reviews?

We can tell you who we are, but only the reviews can make you care. Here's the first part: The title Manly Men's Movie Reviews might be a bit misleading. Indeed, we are neither Siskel nor Ebert and yes we are rampaging bundles of male hormones. We love movies with big, phallic guns, and curvaceous chicks with clothing that falls away for no plot driven reason.

Mira Sorvino could kick our asses any day, and we'd like it!

The Manly Men's Big But ...

But we don't just review high testosterone flicks. In our collections you will find many films from a wide variety of filmmakers. Each of the Manly Men brings to his review his own view of what makes a movie great. For one of us, it's a confluence of ingredients working together almost magically to make a modern myth. For another it's merely the presence of Mira Sorvino. There is something here for everyone who loves movies.

How did the Manly Men become so damn manly?

Clint as Josey, a badass mo-fo.

Like everything in America, we learned from actors. The Manly Men Movie Review Site started out as weekly excursions to the movies for a group of men easily mistaken for out-of-shape computer geeks. But a real man is measured by more than the length of his slide-rule. As the Manly Men gathered in the lobbies after any kind of film it became clear that each of us often took something different from the same experience. One saw wasted money, another saw unintentional hilarity, one saw something he could have done better. All of us noticed the naked chicks, though. Yes, the MMMR site is a place where honesty sits on the throne. A Manly Man craps truth.

Can anyone be a Manly Man?

No.

Now, sit back, adjust your nutsack, and enjoy ... THE MANLY MEN'S MOVIE REVIEWS!!!
